Natureview Homestay is a huge, spacious, and comfortable 2 storey bungalow located in a natural and quiet environment with plenty of fresh air and greenery. This homestay is situated in a strategic location- near Putrajaya, Cyberjaya, UKM, UPM, UNITEN, Cyberjaya Medical, IMU, MMU, KLIUC, Sri Putri and Alam Shah Boarding Schools, KLIA, LCCT, Nilai 3, big shopping malls, etc.
There are 4 bedrooms (1 very big Master bedroom with aircond & 3 normal size rooms), equipped with 1 queen bed & 7 single beds, 3 attached bathrooms, fans, TV, cabinets, sofa set, dining table, kitchen utensils, prayer mat, etc.
Suitable for families and groups for any occasions - weddings, school/university registration, convocation/graduation, retreat, holiday, etc.

IN THE NAME OF ALLAH.....
1. Where exactly is the homestay located?
Our address postcode is Kajang. However, we are not in Kajang. Our homestay is located near Gate 1 Putrajaya , Kampung Dato' Abu Bakar Baginda and Sg. Merab Luar.
2. How far is it from Putrajaya, Bangi, Kajang, Sepang, Nilai 3 and KL?
Putrajaya is only 10 minutes away!
Bangi is also 10 minutes away!
Kajang is around 15 minutes...
Nilai 3 is around 15 minutes too .....
and KL is approximately 30 minutes away....
....Off course your driving speed matters and so is the traffic flow.
3. How much is our rate per night?
Our rate per night is RM380.
You would consider this rate as very reasonable once you see the house and what it has to offer.
4. Can I get a discount on the rate?
Yes. Discount will only be given if you stay for more than 1 night...
5. When do I check in and check out?
Check in 2pm and check out at 12pm. Late check out only if available with additional charge (RM10/hour). Please note that we accept check-in from 2pm to 7 pm only.
6. Do I need to confirm my booking?
Yes you do. You need to deposit 50% of your total rent to confirm your booking.
7. How do I pay the deposit?
SMS Kak Roz for the account number for you to bank in.
8. If I have made a deposit and later wished to cancel the booking, will I get my money back?
We are really sorry, booking deposit is not refundable. Please bear in mind that once you booked, we blocked the date for you and denied others which could lead us to no replacement in the end. However, the deposit is will be deducted from the total rent. Some guests purchased some 'goodies' from us, and make the contra as necessary. We then returned the change (if any).
9. What are the items provided by the homestay?
We provide you with basic facilities such as towels, blankets, pillows, prayer mats, hangers, iron and ironing board, TV (with ASTRO), fridge, 7 single beds, 1 queen size bed, 1 air conditioning room, kettle, mugs, plates, etc. On somedays we even make "Ice-cream Malaysia" to sell at reasonable price.
10. If we are interested to take any small items (such as towels, blankets, prayer mats, bedsheets, pillows, pillow cases, hangers, waste basket, etc,) in the homestay, would there be any charges for those item?
Yes, if you take any items, let us know and you have to pay for them. Similarly if you have broken any items, please do let us know.
